Free shipping
Orders over $150 ship free. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the volume, weight, and delivery area of your order.
Bulky items
Large or heavy items such as blankets, rice, and chairs may incur an additional shipping fee, even within Sydney (within 25km of Newington).
Undeliverable addresses
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Standard courier
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking details.
Fresh delivery (chilled / frozen)
- Area & frequency: daily within 25km of Newington; once a week (Tuesdays) for other Sydney areas only.
- Time: starts after 2 pm (2-8 pm).
- Delivered to your apartment / unit / house entrance; the driver shares a photo once delivered.
- Same-day cancellation is not available for fresh delivery.
- Changing your delivery day incurs an extra $8. Please note your preferred date in the Order Note at checkout.
Fresh delivery schedule
Orders placed from Thursday 3 pm through the weekend are delivered from the following Monday-Tuesday onward.
Out of stock
If an item sells out while we prepare your order, we will refund that item and ship the rest.
Orders containing chilled or frozen items are delivered only within the areas below. Orders with dry (ambient) items only are shipped Australia-wide by courier.

Monday–Friday
Deliveries go out on weekdays (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends.
Tuesdays & Fridays
Delivered by van on Tuesdays and Fridays only. (Blue = the parts of 2765 we deliver to.)
Dry (ambient) items only
Outside our NSW delivery areas (including other states), chilled/frozen delivery is not available — only dry (ambient) items can be ordered and shipped Australia-wide by courier.
