촉촉하고 바삭하게 냉동만두 굽는 방법

1) 찌듯이 촉촉하게 굽는 법: 약불을 키고 팬에 만두를 올린 후, 식용유 약간과 물 1/3컵을 차례로 넣고 뚜껑을 재빨리 덮어주세요. 넣은 물이 모두 없어질 때까지 구워주세요.
2) 튀기듯이 바삭하게 굽는 법: 팬에 기름을 두른 후, 냉동 만두를 올려 약불로 구워주세요. 바닥면이 노릇해지면, 다른 면도 뒤집어가며 삼면을 고루 구워주세요.

Tip! 물을 넣은 팬에 뚜껑을 빨리 닫지 않으면 물과 기름이 튈 수 있으니 조심해주세요.

 

쉽게 따라하는 간편 레시피

찜 조리 : 찜통에 김이 오르면 냉동상태의 만두를 붙지 않게 배열하고 약 4~5분간 조리하여 드십시오.

전자레인지 조리 : 냉동상태의 만두를 접시에 붙지 않게 올린 후, 랩을 씌워 전자레인지에 넣고 2분간 데워 주십시오. (700W 기준)
