Kongi, a doll, accidentally falls into the ocean. While searching for her scattered clothes and hair, she descends into the ocean and arrives at the 100-story ocean house. As she goes down floor by floor — 10th, 20th, 30th… — Kongi encounters diverse underwater landscapes and meets the animals that live there. From sea otters, dolphins, starfish, octopuses, seahorses, moray eels, jellyfish, crabs, anglerfish, and hermit crabs, the book vividly depicts the characteristics of these marine animals with whimsical imagination, allowing children to understand their ecology just by looking at the illustrations.
