Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the next day. Orders after 3:00 PM and on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the following business day. No deliveries are made on weekends (Sat–Sun).

Delivery availability and delivery time may vary by product and delivery area. Chilled and frozen items in particular have limited delivery areas. Please see our Shipping Policy below for the full delivery area and schedule.

Once delivery is completed, we provide a delivery confirmation and proof of delivery (a delivery photo or carrier tracking record). We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed. If you will be absent, please leave safe drop-off instructions in your order note.

If some items in your order are out of stock, we fully refund those items and ship the remaining items. This may be done without contacting you first; if you would prefer, contact us before dispatch to cancel the whole order for a full refund. Your existing delivery benefits (free local delivery, $10 off courier) still apply even if the refund brings your total below $150. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For returns due to change of mind or other customer-caused reasons, a round-trip shipping fee of $30 is charged to the customer. This applies equally to items that were shipped with free delivery.

Because export and domestic versions differ, the actual packaging you receive may differ from the packaging shown in the online product photos.
