Orders placed before 9:00 AM on weekdays are dispatched the same day (09 Fresh). Orders after 9:00 AM and on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. No deliveries are made on weekends (Sat–Sun).

Delivery time may vary depending on your address. Chilled and frozen items cannot be delivered outside NSW.

Once delivery is completed, we provide a delivery confirmation and proof of delivery (a delivery photo or carrier tracking record). We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed. If you will be absent, please leave safe drop-off instructions in your order note.

If some of your items are temporarily out of stock, you agree that those items are partially cancelled and the remaining items ship first. Even if this brings your order total below $150, your free-shipping benefit still applies.

For returns due to change of mind or other customer-caused reasons, a round-trip shipping fee of $30 is charged to the customer. This applies equally to items that were shipped with free delivery.
