│ DESCRIPTION │

What is 'Samgyetang'? 'Samgyetang' is a menu stewed with spring chicken, sweet white rice, garlic, ginseng, jujube, etc.
When ginseng was first cultivated, in the Korean peninsula, they started to use the ginseng to create “Samgyetang”. “Samgyetang” has been known to have many health benefits and has been considered a health food for over 500 years in Korean history. Harim Samgyetang, using state of the art packing technology, has made cooking Samgyetang simple.

│ INSTRUCTIONS │

Hometown Ginseng Chicken Stew Heating Instructions

Choose one of the following instructions.

Water Bath / Put whole pouch into boiling water for 15minutes.
Boiling / Open pouch and put contents into a pot and heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
Microwave Oven / Open pouch and put contents into a microwave safe container and heat for 7 to 8 minutes.

Instant Ginseng Chicken Stew Heating Instructions

Put whole pouch into boiling water, and boil for 40~50 minutes in hot water.

Open and put all contents into prepared heated earthen bowl.

You may also thaw for about for 10 hours before cooking.
This can reduce cooking time 10~15 minutes.

Put your Favorite Spices in the soup to improve taste.
